Thoughtful food and drink

As a cocktail bar and kitchen in Cambridge city centre, Novi needed to stand out from the crowd, both physically and digitally. The exciting botanical cocktails created by the mixologists and the delicious range of smoked BBQ food that visitors experience was conflicting with a tired website, confused messaging and a lack of SEO.

We designed a new website for Novi, with clear messaging, a structure created with UX in mind and on page SEO ‘built-in’ to the site to ensure a greater organic reach. The new website is built mobile first, reflecting where the majority of traffic is coming from and the simplified content and messaging are presented with clear calls to action encouraging bookings and visits.

Keeping UI and UX at the front of our minds through design and development of the website ensured that the focus was always on the customer. Thanks to this, the final site is intuitive and a joy to use.
